INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We currently ship to most countries in Western Europe, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, the Caribbean, Hong Kong and Japan. Many countries impose import taxes on your purchase, which we cannot estimate in advance. The payment of all taxes (including National V.A.T., import, provincial and local taxes) and or all customs duties is the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, any charges to clear customs are paid by the customer directly to the customs agency. We suggest contacting your local customs office for specific information.

Please be aware that we will hold the item for 5 days to await payment. If we haven't received payment by that time, the item goes back up for sale. Your order will be shipped after payment has cleared.

INTERNATION SHIPPING:

Items will be sent via FEDEX, with regular delivery in 3-4 days. Items are shipped from our office in Bangkok, THAILAND. Please contact your local FEDEX agent or contact us via email for shipping rates.

RETURN POLICY:

We want you to shop with confidence. We don't like the idea of buying something without the ability to return it. If you aren't happy with your purchase, please let us know immediately upon receipt that it is being returned and mail it back to us.  Items MUST be returned INSURED in their original condition and a return authorization is REQUIRED. Items will not be accepted without an authorization code. To obtain a return authorization code please email us.

For health reasons, all earring purchases are final and non-returnable unless defective. Returned items will incur a 10% restock fee.  Items must be returned to us undamaged, in the same condition we sent it, within 7 days of the original shipping date. Items received between 10 and 20 days after the original ship date will incur a restock fee of 50%.  After 20 days, returns will not be accepted.
